Reports

Timesheets

To access Timesheet Reports:
  1. Click Timesheets from the sub-menu of the Reports Module
  2. Click on the correct timesheet report


    1. Select the Users to include in the report
      1. All This will show all users based on the security set up.
      2. Recent All users who have previously submitted this type of timesheet  in the past 90 days will be included on the report.
      3. Department Select from the dropdown box the Departments you would like to include on this report.
      4. List: Enter the users and/or companies you would like to include.
    2. Enter a date range in the From Date and To Date
    3. Select to run the report or
    4. to export the report to an Excel file.

    Staff Report

    This report lists each employee, a column for each week period included in the date range, and the total hours per employee.



    Billing Report

    This report lists each employee, a column for each week period included in the date range, the total hours against the total number of hours assigned in their workweek, and a percentage of each employee has worked.



    Summary Report

    This report lists each time sheet entry grouped by employee.

    It lists a column for employee, status of the timesheet, weekending period, each category and task, costcode, the hours submitted by each day, and a subtotal.



    Detailed Report

    This report lists each time sheet entry grouped by employee.

    It lists a column for employee, company, department, employee number, status of the timesheet, weekending period, workdate, , each category and task>, costcode, the shift, hours, and decription .



    WIP Report

    This report list all the work in progress. Once you enter the criteria for the report and click , the use is able to select the columns to display by simply ticking the column titles. Use the scroll bar to view all available columns.
