Create New LOT

Creating a new Lot of Work Record (LOT)

Contractors create the Lots of work to be completed. Each Lot will be created on a LOT document. The LOT is a Correspondence Document Type.
  1. Click on Quality Management Module
  2. Click on LOT document type from the sub menu
  3. Click on New to create a new LOT.

  4. Address the LOT to the appropriate parties.
  5. Select an open Status from the dropdown box.
  6. Enter a meaningful Title for the Lot of work represented.
  7. Enter the Spatial Location information in the allotted fields.
  8. Enter any Contractor or Client comments if applicable.
  9. Click .
Note: The fields on this form can be customised for individual companies or projects.
